A speedy sheet‑pan dinner that delivers caramelized salmon coated in a sweet‑tangy maple‑Dijon glaze, paired with crisp‑tender green beans and bright lemon notes.

30 mins 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 pound Green Beans
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 Paprika (Smoked)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup

Directions

  1. Mise en place: Gather the salmon fillets, green beans, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and a lemon; trim the beans, mince the garlic, and slice the lemon into wedges.
  2. Set the oven to 425 °F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper, placing it on the middle rack.
  3. In a small bowl, blend the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic, and smoked paprika until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  4. Toss the green beans with one tablespoon of olive oil, a quarter‑teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper, then arrange them in a single layer along one side of the prepared sheet.
  5. Pat the salmon fillets dry, rub the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over each piece, sprinkle with the leftover pinch of salt and pepper, and position the fish on the opposite side of the pan.
  6. Brush the maple‑Dijon glaze generously over the top of each salmon fillet.
  7. Bake the tray for 12 to 15 minutes, checking that the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the beans are tender‑crisp.
  8. Remove from the oven, serve the salmon with lemon wedges for squeezing, and enjoy.
