myDinnerPlan Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: October 24, 2026
These terms cover the myDinnerPlan affiliate program run by myDinnerPlan LLC ("we", "us"). By joining the program you agree to them.
1 How you earn
- You earn a 30% commission on payments made by customers you refer, for 12 months from that customer's first purchase. Payments made after those 12 months don't earn commission.
- Commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, after discounts and before taxes and payment-processing fees. Free Starter accounts earn nothing until the customer pays.
2 How referrals are tracked
- Each affiliate gets a unique promo code. Your customers get a discount for using it (currently 10% off).
- A sale is credited to you only when a customer uses your code at checkout. If no code is used, or a different affiliate's code is used, you don't get credit.
- Tracking runs through our affiliate platform (PromoteKit). Its records decide attribution.
- Join the program at https://mydinnerplan.promotekit.com.
3 Payouts
- We pay through PayPal. Keep your PayPal email up to date in the affiliate portal.
- Commissions are paid 15 days after they're earned (Net-15). This holding period covers refunds and chargebacks.
- There is no minimum payout.
- You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings. We may ask for tax information, such as a W-9 or W-8, before paying.
4 Refunds and chargebacks
- If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or reversed, the commission on it is reversed too. If it was already paid, we deduct it from future payouts.
5 Not allowed
- Self-referrals. You can't use your own code on your own account, or on accounts you or your household control.
- Coupon and deal sites. Don't post your code on coupon, voucher, cashback, or deal-aggregator sites.
- Paid search on our brand. Don't bid on "myDinnerPlan" or close misspellings, or use them in ad copy or domain names.
- Spam or misleading claims. No unsolicited bulk email or messages. Don't make claims about myDinnerPlan that aren't true, such as calling the free Starter plan a "free trial", making up features, or promising results.
- Pretending to be us. Don't present yourself as myDinnerPlan or as an official representative.
Commissions earned in breach of these rules may be withheld or reversed, and your account may be closed.
6 Disclosure (required)
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you share your code or recommend myDinnerPlan, as the FTC Endorsement Guides require, for example: "I earn a commission if you use my code."
- The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed near the recommendation, not hidden in a footer or only in a link.
7 Changes and ending the program
- We may change these terms, the commission rate, or the program, or end it, with notice to you by email or in the affiliate portal. Changes apply from the date in the notice.
- You can leave at any time. We may close your account with notice, or right away for a breach of these terms.
- Commissions you validly earned before a change or termination will still be paid under the terms in effect when you earned them, unless they were earned in breach of these terms.
8 Other
- You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent, or partner of myDinnerPlan LLC.
- You can use our name and logo only to promote myDinnerPlan honestly, and we may ask you to stop or change any use.
