1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for defective products or if we fail to deliver as agreed upon in your order.
2. How to Request a Refund
Submit a refund request within 14 days of delivery by emailing refunds@myDinnerPlan.com.
3. Dispute Resolution
If you’re dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by submitting a dispute form on our Contact page.
4. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of approval.
