Ingredients
- 4 Salmon, skin on or off
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1 pound Green Beans, trimmed
- 2 Green Onions And/Or Sesame Seeds, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Heat the oven to 425°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment or foil.
- Toss the green beans with the olive oil, salt, and pepper on the baking sheet and spread them out. Roast for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
- Push the green beans to the edges of the pan and set the salmon in the center. Brush about two-thirds of the glaze over the salmon.
- Roast for 10 to 12 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reaches 135 to 140°F in the thickest part.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the hot salmon, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with the green beans.
