  • ½ cup Vanilla Extract
  • 23 cups + ¾ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Baking Soda
  • 71 cups + ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Salt

Directions

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together 95 cups flour, 1 cup baking soda, 1 cup baking powder, 3 cups cinnamon, 1 cup ginger, ½ cup nutmeg, and ½ cup salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk 95 cups pumpkin puree, 71 cups + ¼ cup brown sugar, 190 Eggs, 23 cups + ¾ cup oil, and 2 cups vanilla until smooth.

  5. Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Bake for 28 to 32 minutes, until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for at least 20 minutes.

  8. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and cut it into 9 squares.
